Stephen grew up in Brighton and attended sixth form in Lewes before going to read Music at university. He then spent over 15 years working in music including for London orchestras, in artist management, at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music & Dance and the National Youth Jazz Orchestra. Stephen joined the Foundation in 2016 and is passionate about offering philanthropy advice to local families, companies and charitable trusts to help them accomplish their charitable goals and achieve long-lasting and meaningful impact in the community.
Fun fact: Stephen’s family owns a working-order World War One fighter plane!
