Vicky leads the Philanthropy team at Sussex Community Foundation, working closely with individuals, families, and businesses to help them achieve their charitable giving goals. She brings extensive experience across the charity and political sectors, having previously been CEO of Inspiring Girls International and Director of Operations for Sir Nick Clegg. Vicky has a long-held passion for gender equality, and co-founded Elect Her, an organisation which supports women to stand for election. She is currently a member of the Board. Vicky lives in Laughton with her family in a co-housing community - with all the joys and challenges that come with that!
